1099 Sales Role

This is a 1099, commission-based role for a focused sales professional who is ready to build trust and create real results.

Only apply if you:

  • Are dedicated and have real passion for sales

  • Are willing to work in a niche industry and learn it deeply

  • Are self-motivated and can work without someone checking in on you

  • Are comfortable with commission-based or performance-driven income

  • Are a strong communicator who builds trust fast, especially with people who have been burned by sales pitches before

  • Have the patience to guide people through a big career change, not just close a quick deal

  • Are organized enough to manage your own pipeline and follow up consistently

  • Are honest and straightforward, because drivers and first-time brokerage owners can spot a pushy pitch immediately

Bonus, but not required:

  • Freight, trucking, or logistics experience

  • Experience selling training, software, or business-opportunity products

  • A network of drivers, dispatchers, or brokers

Not a fit if you:

  • Are looking for a guaranteed salary
