Refunds & Deposits
Refunds are available under the following conditions: Customers must request a refund within 21 days of purchase.Refunds apply only to services not yet accessed or delivered.Non-refundable items include completed consultations or accessed digital materials.

Service Delivery & Client Responsibilities
Services may be delivered digitally, through live sessions, or in-person, depending on the program selected. Access for digital programs is provided by email within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.
Clients agree to provide accurate information during registration, attend scheduled sessions on time, complete onboarding requirements, participate fully in the program, and maintain respectful communication with staff, coaches, and fellow students.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in removal from the program without refund.
No Guarantee of Results & Intellectual Property
We provide strategies, training, tools, and support but we do not guarantee any specific results, financial outcomes, income levels, or job placements. Your success depends on your individual effort, consistency, and performance.
All course materials, videos, templates, documents, and training are our exclusive property. You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written consent.
Violation of these terms may lead to legal action and termination of program access.
Scheduling, Cancellations & Limitation of Liability
Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the service or program commencement. Fees may apply based on the current cancellation policy. Missed sessions may not qualify for rescheduling.
We bear no responsibility for losses or damages resulting from your use of the program, including business outcomes, financial decisions, client interactions, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.
